Shipping

At APEXOK Pet & Breeder Supply, we know you're counting on your order to arrive quickly. That's why we work hard to process and ship every order as efficiently as possible.

Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
  • During holidays, promotions, or new product launches, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping

  • We currently ship throughout the continental United States.
  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your order.
  • Eligible orders may qualify for Free Shipping during promotional periods.

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking information.


Dropship Products

Many of our products ship directly from trusted manufacturers and distributors.

If your order contains products from multiple suppliers, you may receive your shipment in separate packages arriving on different days. You will receive tracking information for each shipment.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • Order Number
  • Photos of the shipping box
  • Photos of the damaged product
  • Brief description of the issue

We'll work quickly to make it right.


Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

If you're not satisfied, most new, unused items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Returned items must be:

  • Unused
  • In original packaging
  • Include all accessories and manuals
  • In resalable condition

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to your original payment method.


Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened dog food
  • Opened supplements
  • Medications
  • Flea & tick products
  • Grooming products that have been opened
  • Whelping supplies that have been used
  • Personalized or custom products
  • Clearance or Final Sale items
  • Gift cards

Return Shipping

If the return is due to:

Our mistake

  • Wrong item shipped
  • Defective product
  • Shipping damage

➡️ We'll provide a prepaid return label.

If the return is due to:

  • Ordered wrong item
  • Changed your mind
  • No longer needed

➡️ Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.


Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before they have shipped.

Once an order has entered fulfillment or has shipped, it can no longer be canceled.


Manufacturer Warranties

Some products include manufacturer warranties.

Warranty claims are handled directly by the manufacturer unless otherwise noted.


Lost Packages

If tracking shows your package was delivered but you have not received it:

  • Check around your property.
  • Check with neighbors.
  • Contact the shipping carrier.

If you're still unable to locate your package, contact us and we'll help investigate.
